Welcome to the Prework for Opportunity Analysis Phase II: Evidence Synthesis!
As we prepare for our virtual convening on October 18th, we're entering an exciting phase of reflection and collaboration. The evidence you’ve gathered from Phase I is the foundation of an authentic process that will guide your team forward. On the 18th, we will synthesize this evidence that reflects the voices of your community to help shape the future of your pilot. See the October 18th Convening goals above.
This is an opportunity to center on the needs of your learners and reflect deeply as a team. Let’s ensure we are prepared for both Phase II and the critical work ahead in Phase III this November, where you’ll ultimately decide where to focus your energy to realize your vision for personalized, competency-based learning (PCBL).
As you complete the prework, consider:

Step One
Register for and participate in the Opportunity Analysis Check-in #2 on 10/14/2024 at 12:00 PM PT
Step Two
Register for the 10/18/24 virtual convening by 10/16/2024
Step Three
Complete Phase I: Evidence Collection for focus groups, walkthroughs, and artifacts by 10/16/2024.
Verify that all evidence is stored and accessible in your team's Opportunity Analysis folder structure.
*Please do not upload any student personal identifiable information (PII) into the folders.
Step Four
Preview what we will be doing during the 10/18/2024 virtual convening by watching a brief demonstration of the data synthesis process (Opportunity Analysis Phase II). You can click on the Zoom link below to view!
Step Five
For the virtual convening on 10/18/2024 participants should join from their own fully charged (or plugged-in) devices using the link provided upon registration.
We also encourage you to think through anything that supports your best learning, thinking, and collaborating (e.g., earbuds, favorite drinks and snacks).
