Schedule time with either Deion or Laura for a personalized coaching session either as an individual or as a design team. Monthly coaching is available to all teams beginning now in order to support you with your learning focus. Unlike check-ins, a coaching session is targeted time to reflect and share around your learning focus and professional practice, where you are, how you know, what/how to share with others, and near next steps.

We will also continue with check-ins and these can be shorter, more informal meetings to touch base, calendaring, clarifications or other things coming up for you concerning your design team or the pilot.
